These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GainsPrice mobile app and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Aymen Chihani (“GainsPrice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GainsPrice is an independent price-comparison and information service for dietary supplements. We help you compare the same products across third-party retailers and find a low-cost way to buy them, shipping included. We are not a shop. We do not sell products, process payments, hold stock, or fulfil or ship orders. All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer, under that retailer's own terms.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GainsPrice for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
GainsPrice is free and earns affiliate commission when you buy through some links (e.g. via Awin or the Amazon Associates Program). This is at no extra cost to you and never affects which store we rank as cheapest — ranking is always based on the genuine lowest total cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
When you tap “Buy,” you leave GainsPrice and transact directly with a third-party retailer. We do not control and are not responsible for those retailers, their websites, prices, products, shipping, returns, or customer service. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and the retailer.
GainsPrice provides commercial and informational comparisons only. Content in the app — including the “Stack Auditor” and any per-gram or ingredient information — is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and must not be relied on as such. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or combining supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting data, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
The GainsPrice name, app, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by law. Product and store names, logos and trademarks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only; their appearance does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond any affiliate relationship disclosed.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that pricing data is accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainsPrice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any overpayment, lost saving, or purchase decision arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights in the EU/UK).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and post the revised Terms here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
